Dear PASTORS and Prayer Partners
All that are with me salute thee. Greet them that love us in the faith. Grace be with you all. Amen.” (Titus 3:15).
Greetings in the name of our wonderful Savior, Jesus Christ. We want to rejoice to report to you that the Lord continually saving souls and changing lives here in Banlung, Rattanakiri. No matter how dim the world situation looks, the Lord is doing a wonderful work and we want to make sure that you know about it.
We are thankful to be serving God as missionaries in the “Mountain of Gems” of Cambodia. He has been so very good and faithful to us. It has been wonderful to see him take care both our personal and ministry needs as they come, and beyond that shower down many extra blessings along the way. We want to especially thank all of you for your faithful support. We know with the “Economic Crisis” going on right now it is indeed a sacrifice on your behalf to continue supporting missionaries like us. We want you to know that we are praying for you and asking the Lord to supply your needs as you are allowing Him to supply our needs through you. It is our belief that the world-wide crisis is nothing more than prophecy being fulfilled in order to bring about a one world government and set the stage for the anti-Christ. Even so, come Lord Jesus! In response to David’s question, “is there not a cause?” we reply “yes, there is a definite cause, and we need to do more than we have ever done before.”
Time flies by quickly! It is hard to believe how fast time goes by. But in spite of it, the ministry of the Lord in this place continues to grow not only in quantity but in quality by God’s grace. Last August, some of our members about 15 of them were able to attend the 12th National Baptist Youth Camp held at the Rawlings Foundation with the theme “While There Is Time”. It was not only indeed a successful camp but an encouraging and challenging camp to our members. Not only had they enjoyed the warm fellowship from other churches, delicious food and exciting games but most especially the powerful messages for the last 4 days and 3 nights. The theme was very timely not only to our people but to us as well your missionaries here in this country. That while there is time, we really need to work hard and give all our best in serving the Lord and reaching more lost souls most especially the unreached tribal groups for His Kingdom. One of our member gave a very touching testimony on Sunday after the camp that while there is time, he really needs to focus more on sharing the Gospel to all his loved ones and not to waste his time on worldly things. Another one, our old lady said that while there is time, she needs to continue encouraging her family to be faithful in all church activities and continue to show good testimony for others to come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. What a blessing to see some of our people growing spiritually and maturely in God’s service. There are ups and down in the ministry or in the lives of our people but still a blessing and very encouraging as missionaries to see some of them depending more and more on God rather than themselves or the things of this world. To God Be The Glory!!!
Brethren, we do thank you for your friendship, prayers, and financial support. It is always good to know that there are people praying for the ministry in Rattanakiri. We are very grateful for your concern and kindly love. We have met some of you and some of you we have never met yet. However, thank you for being our friends and partners for the last 5 years.
Serving together for His glory,
Jamandron’s, Kit and Janeth
Missionaries since 2006
